Barbers are responsible for providing professional barber services in accordance with established salon and spa standards. This role requires advanced knowledge of barbering, hair care, cutting, coloring, styling techniques, and product usage, as well as the ability to deliver personalized services that align with guest needs and preferences.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Perform a full range of barber, hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, treatments, and specialty techniques.

· Conduct thorough consultations to assess guest needs and recommend appropriate services and products.

· Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in compliance with state regulations and spa policies.

· Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of salon services, product lines, and treatment protocols, and participate in ongoing training as required.

· Ensure all workstations, tools, and equipment are properly maintained, sanitized, and prepared for each service.

· Deliver exceptional guest service through professionalism, courtesy, and a commitment to creating a welcoming and polished experience.
