Candidate Experience: Serving as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing updates and guidance throughout the hiring process. Job Posting & Sourcing: Drafting, editing, and posting job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms. Administrative Support: Maintaining the ATS, reviewing applications, conducting initial screenings, and assisting with background checks.
