Job Summary HomeGoods at TJX Companies offers a role with opportunities for growth and professional development across our global Home Offices, Distribution Centers, and Retail Stores. Responsibilities Deliver a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross‑trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. Model customer experience practices with internal and external customers. Maintain an honest, respectful, and positive store culture. Accurately ring purchases/returns and give correct change. Promote credit and loyalty programs. Maintain merchandising philosophy and follow established procedures. Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company standards. Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and recovery standards for the sales floor and entire store. Accept recognition and give constructive feedback. Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures. Support shrink reduction goals and programs. Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment. Complete other duties as assigned. Qualifications Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs. Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. Capability to multitask and respond appropriately to changes. Physical ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation. Works effectively with peers and supervisors. Retail customer experience preferred. Starting pay range: $13.25 to $13.75 per hour.
