Travel Radiology Technologist - $1,882 per week

Radiology Technologist – Travel Location: Charleston, South Carolina. Duration: 13 weeks. 36 hours per week, 12‑hour day shifts. Employment type: Travel. Responsibilities Confirm patient identification, review imaging requests and explain imaging procedures, providing reassurance and support as required. Follow orders from physicians regarding which area of the patient's body requires imaging. Correctly position the patient and adjust the imaging equipment appropriately. Prevent unnecessary radiation exposure by taking appropriate protection precautions. Calibrate imaging equipment. Prepare results for physician review. Maintain accurate patient records. Use the McKesson PACS system. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist (Rad Tech). BLS certification. ARRT (R) National Certification. State-specific licensing when required. Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean, or stoop without difficulty.
