Lead and support care staff to ensure exceptional service and compliance with policies and regulations. Conduct resident assessments and help develop or update care plans. Administer medications, monitor health changes, and communicate updates to physicians and families. Respond promptly to medical needs, emergencies, or changes in residents’ conditions. Educate residents and families on health, wellness, and care procedures. Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with state and community standards. Participate in training, staff development, and performance feedback for care team members. Ensure infection control and safety procedures are consistently followed. Collaborate with the Resident Services Director and other team members to support overall community health goals.
