Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in a vibrant and supportive rehabilitation unit. The ideal candidate will provide quality therapy care and ensure effective treatment plans are in place for all patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide 1:1 therapy sessions, ensuring continuity of care.
• Collaborate with team members during conferences to discuss patient progress and care strategies.
• Utilize advanced therapy equipment and tools, including treadmills, RT300, and Bioness systems.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must possess a Physical Therapist license in Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience in Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred.
