Human Resources Coordinator

Tower Extrusions is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Human Resources Generalist for our Sherman, Texas facility. This position will manage all day-to-day HR functions including payroll, recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and HR compliance in a manufacturing environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records 
• Coordinate recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and new hire orientation 
• Administer LOA and FMLA programs and ensure compliance with applicable regulations 
• Administer and support employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, STD, and life insurance 
• Assist employees with HR-related questions regarding benefits, leave administration, and company policies 
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary documentation 
• Maintain compliance with company policies and federal/state employment laws 
• Support plant leadership with HR initiatives, reporting, and workforce planning

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a similar role required 
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish  
• Payroll experience required 
• Manufacturing experience preferred 
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
