Occupational Medicine | Advanced Practice Provider | Onsite Employer Clinic Excellent opportunity for an advanced practice provider to join Memorial Hermann Occupational Health and Wellness Clinic. Candidate will work at an on-site employer clinic, which provides primary care and occupational medicine services. Primary duties are to provide management and treatment of workplace injuries and illnesses. Cross-cover with occupational medicine provider, when needed. 100% outpatient Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm | Wednesday 9:00am- 6:00pm Patients age range 12+ Robust EMR Bilingual preferred Requirements: Texas Licensure DEA Prescriptive Authority BLS Certification ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA Certification 2-3 + years experience strongly preferred ADVANCED PRACTICE PROVIDER QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications Nurse Practitioner / Advanced Practice Nurse Education:

Graduate of a Nurse Practitioner program approved by the State of Texas. Masters required. May encompass the following specialties: CRNA, CNM, CNS, CNP. May encompass the following specialties: CRNA, CNM, CNS, CNP Licenses/Certifications: Licensed to practice professional nursing by the State of Texas Licensure by the State of Texas APRN
