Construction Project Manager- Mechanical (MEP) - TEXAS RELOCATION

We are seeking a Mechanical Construction Project Manager to join a growing team on a large-scale commercial construction project in Texas . This is a hands-on, full-time role ideal for candidates with construction experience, particularly in mechanical construction. A degree in construction, mechanical engineering, or a related field is preferred. Texas locations: Austin, Dallas, Houston Key Responsibilities Support project management and field operations for mechanical construction projects Assist with scheduling, cost tracking, submittals, RFIs, and project documentation Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met Participate in project meetings and provide updates to the project management team Assist with quality control, safety compliance, and project reporting Support project engineers and managers in day-to-day construction activities Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within mechanical, HVAC, piping, or MEP construction Proven experience working with fabrication shops and prefab processes Strong understanding of commercial construction projects (healthcare, data centers, industrial, or large commercial preferred) Experience managing project budgets and financials Ability to read and interpret construction documents and coordinate across disciplines Strong communication and leadership skills What We Offer Competitive base salary Relocation assistance Health benefits, 401k, vehicle allowance Hands-on experience with large-scale commercial projects Opportunity for career growth in construction management
