Stocks food and beverage in a timely, professional, and efficient manner utilizing Safety and Sanitation Standards at America's Center and the Dome.

Delivers food/beverages to Concession Stands, Bars, Portables, etc. pre-event and during events.

Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.

Interacts with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards.

Locks up and stores all food & beverage products, and equipment.

Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards; Keeps work area clean and organized.

Collects trash and cardboard from Levy locations.

Rotates stock using the FIFO method; reporting any near out of date items to the warehouse.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Lift 50 lbs.

Push/pull up to 165 lbs.

Stand, Walk, Stoop, Kneel, Crouch

Able to take direction with little oversite.

Exposure to hot and cold environments.

Standing for long periods of time.
