Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics Full time | Up to $90,000 base salary plus productivity bonus At Heinen Physical Therapy, we schedule one patient per hour. You have time to listen, work through the problem, and give your patient your full attention. We're a family-owned outpatient clinic in northwest Oklahoma City, and we're looking for a physical therapist to join us. We value good clinical judgment, hands‑on care, and people who help each other out. Our patients come to us for orthopedic and sports injuries, geriatric care, women's and pelvic health, and TMD. Treatment is individualized, with an emphasis on evidence-based care. You do not need to arrive with expertise in every area we treat. Pay and benefits Base salary up to $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications Productivity bonus in addition to base salary 50% employer contribution toward health-insurance premiums Retirement matching up to 3% Two weeks of PTO and seven paid holidays $1,000 per year for continuing education Free attendance at the continuing education courses we host on site Working here You'll evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, provide one-on-one care, and track progress. Patient education, timely documentation, and working with our PTs and PTAs are part of the role. We also hold weekly skills sessions so we can keep learning from each other. We're looking for someone who cares about their patients, asks good questions, and steps in when a teammate needs help. We take our work seriously and enjoy laughing during the day, too. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program, with an Oklahoma PT license by the start date.
