Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year of ICU experience License: Current RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: ICU experience Description: Data Collection: 6/19/2025 Unit Information: Number of Beds: 24 Number of Staff: 50 Type of Staff: - Day Shift: 1 CNC, 12 RNs, 1 Unit Secretary, 1-3 sitters/week - Night Shift: 1 CNC, 12 RNs, 1-3 sitters/week Patient Ratios: 1:1 or 1:2 Type of Equipment: Vents, Swans, Impellas, Balloon pumps EMR: Electronic Medical Record Typical Hiring Profile: Skill Set Most Recruited For: Must have candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role Preferred or Nice to Have: Candidates with these skills will be considered first Typical Procedures Performed: Intubation, Central lines, bronchoscopy, EVDs, ICP monitoring, Swan pacers, Bolts Best Personality Fit: Excellent customer service skills Floating Area(s): Doctors ICU Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire: Royal Blue Unit Guidelines/Policies: Weekends and On Call: Every other weekend; may be placed on call if not needed on the shift scheduled to work, but only for that shift. No other call expectations.
