We are currently seeking an experienced Porter to support residential and commercial properties in White Plains, NY . This is a temp-to-permanent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking candidate with a positive attitude.

Must have experience waxing and stripping floors!! As well as operating a buffer machine.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, and building entrances

• Buffing, striping and waxing floors.

• Remove trash and recycling from designated areas

• Assist with general upkeep of the property

• Support building management with day-to-day building needs

• Ensure common areas remain clean and presentable for tenants and visitors

Qualifications:

• Previous porter or building maintenance experience required

• Experience buffing, stripping and waxing floors.

• Reliable with a strong work ethic

• Positive attitude and professional demeanor

• Ability to work between multiple buildings in the White Plains area

• Able to perform physical duties including lifting, bending, and standing
