Western Region States Arizona California Colorado Hawaii Idaho Nevada New Mexico Oregon Utah Washington Position Requirements All Relief Veterinarian Positions Require The Following Minimum Qualifications Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) degree. State Veterinary Board License: active and in good standing for the state of intended employment. Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligibility. Specialty Relief Positions Require Board certification or eligibility.
