Our Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging Department provides a broad range of services to aid in the screening, diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions and emergent injuries.

A few responsibilities of our Radiology Technologist (Rad Tech) include:

• Operate x-ray equipment to make radiographs of designated portions of the body.
• Under the supervision of a Radiologist, perform x-ray therapy on patients, assesses patients throughout and responds to the patient's needs as appropriate.
• Serve patients in our emergency department, patients in our hospital, and outpatient patients in need of services.
• Perform procedures in accordance with established protocols for patients ages neonate through geriatric.
• Maintain expert technical and patient-care skills and provide quality diagnostic results.

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Registered Radiographer (ARRT) or ARMRIT must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date
• State Registered Radiologic Technician
• Associate Degree
