Not only are you adept at weighing a multitude of factors to determine the degree of risk, but you have the communication skills to effectively present this information and respond to questions from customers and the general public, as well as to groups of managers and other associates.

Qualifications for this position include an associate's degree and/or at least 5 years recent underwriting experience with 2 years underwriting FHA loans. Thorough knowledge of MI policies, ability to meet target for productivity, quality and customer satisfaction. Ability to mentor processors and loan officers on new guidelines and policies.
