Senior Tableau Developer

To support enterprise analytics and digital services, the remote Senior Tableau Developer will design, develop, and sustain Tableau capabilities while collaborating with government stakeholders and teams to deliver secure and reliable reporting solutions. Key responsibilities Design, configure, and develop Tableau capabilities, including dashboards and performance-tuned workbooks Translate business and operational requirements into technical solutions while maintaining clear documentation Troubleshoot complex issues across platform configuration, code, data, and user experience Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience 6+ years of experience in senior platform engineering or application development, preferably in complex enterprise or government environments Hands-on experience with Tableau implementation, configuration, and development Experience working with Agile delivery teams and translating stakeholder needs into maintainable technical outcomes Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
