Educate and counsel patients regarding issues related to treatment and goal(s), safety risks, and/or other issues within scope of practice Participate in team reassessments and discharge planning Other related duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications AA or higher degree as Physical Therapist Assistant from an institution accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education Current State Physical Therapist Assistant License Current CPR certification Why Join Our Team Professional andClinicalDevelopment — Ongoing mentorshipand continuing educationopportunities.
