Operations Coordinator

Summary The Operations Coordinator performs back‑of‑house retail operations to ensure inventory accuracy, efficient order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and excellent client service. Acts as a key holder and manager on duty when needed, partnering with store leadership to support sales goals and operational excellence. Provides guidance to team members and enforces internal control procedures to maintain store standards. Responsibilities Execute daily operational tasks including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and merchandise transfers. Maintain inventory accuracy and comply with internal control procedures. Clean and prepare jewelry and merchandise; accept and coordinate jewelry repairs. Act as manager on duty when required, including opening/closing the store and coordinating work assignments. Support sales and client service by collecting customer data, partnering with Sales Professionals, and driving key product pillars. Provide feedback on process improvements and assist in mentoring team members to improve performance. Requirements 2-3 years of prior retail experience in retail operations with knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Organized, detail oriented, and flexible to perform varied tasks based on business needs. Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays; authorization to work in the United States. Preferred: college/university degree and graduate gemologist degree or GIA coursework. #J-18808-Ljbffr
