Litigation Paralegal

Our Personal Injury Law Firm in Sugar Land is expanding and actively seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Litigation Paralegal with at least 5 years of experience in plaintiff litigation. Key Responsibilities Gather and organize documents. Create and respond to discovery. Calendar hearings. Communicate with clients and attorneys to create winning plans. Draft/respond to discovery, create DCOs, and calendar deadlines and appointments. Analyze evidence and reports, organize, track files. E-file. Schedule depositions. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of litigation experience in Personal Injury. Bilingual (Spanish). Strong communication skills for positive interaction with clients, team members and the broader legal field. Quality-, deadline-, and detail-oriented with strong working knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Office, calendars, video-conference software, scanners, and related tools. Competitive nature with a passion for exceeding personal and professional goals. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively, both on a team and individually, in a high-energy, growing environment. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases and tasks.
