Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Syracuse, New York.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient behavioral health role providing individual, family, and group counseling services
• Integrated care environment collaborating with primary care and psychiatric providers
• Structured weekday schedule supporting work-life balance and provider consistency

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $65,000 – $71,500
• Productivity bonus up to $10,000 annually
• Student loan repayment opportunities available

SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday schedule
• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Structured outpatient clinic environment

ROLE
• Provide individual, family, and group counseling services
• Conduct intake assessments and evaluations
• Develop and adjust treatment plans based on patient needs
• Collaborate with medical and behavioral health providers within integrated care model
• Support crisis intervention and patient advocacy efforts
• Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records
• Participate in clinical development and interdisciplinary collaboration

• Clear and active New York LMHC license REQUIRED
• Comfortable providing individual, family, and group therapy REQUIRED
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills REQUIRED
• Ability to collaborate within integrated medical and behavioral health environment REQUIRED
• Crisis intervention and patient advocacy skills REQUIRED
• Strong verbal and written communication skills REQUIRED
