- Collaborate with subject matter experts to shepherd their content development into Keys to Literacy courses aligned to the Science of Reading.
- Expand content by developing related materials, activities, guides, and decks.
- Establish and maintain production schedules aligned to project timelines.
- Set and monitor quality standards for courses and supporting resources.
- Maintain accurate documentation of development processes and workflows.
- Contribute to planning and forecasting related to course development.
- Contribute to securing copyright permissions, both incoming and outgoing.
- Manage long-term planning to ensure timely delivery of high-quality course materials.
- Track and address feedback for development and revision of materials
- Maintain reporting tools, task lists, and status updates to monitor progress.
- Identify potential roadblocks and propose solutions to maintain project momentum.
- Conduct user feedback sessions and informal usability testing with trainers, educators, and administrators.
- Partner with the learning management team to integrate, support, and optimize the presentation of content, tools, and resources.
- Provide team member & contractor support for interdependent deadlines and deliverables.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment that supports growth and shared accountability.
- Support the team with additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to help meet evolving organizational goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree or compelling experience in education technology, instructional design, or a related field.
- 2+ years working knowledge of the Science of Reading or evidence-based literacy instruction.
- Proven record of UX design principles.
- Experience working with learning management systems, preferably Canvas, Talent, Canva Voiceover, and Articulate products.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with and receive feedback from diverse stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
- Minimal travel possible.
