Our mission is to help children thrive by supporting their communication, development, and functional independence. We are now looking to expand our services by welcoming a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to our team. Position Summary: We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric OT services in a supportive, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, creative, and dedicated to working with children and families in a private practice setting. You'll work closely with our speech-language pathologists to create integrative treatment plans and help children achieve their fullest potential. Responsibilities: * Evaluate and treat children with a variety of developmental, sensory, fine motor, and self-help needs * Develop individualized treatment plans and set measurable goals * Collaborate with SLPs and other professionals to provide coordinated care * Communicate regularly with families, providing education and progress updates * Maintain accurate documentation and follow practice protocols * Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, professional culture Qualifications: * Master's degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy * Current state licensure and NBCOT certification * Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience (clinic, school, or EI settings preferred) * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Passion for working with children and their families * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred: * Experience in a private practice or outpatient pediatric setting * Training in sensory integration, feeding therapy, or handwriting What We Offer: * Flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time options) * Competitive pay (based on experience and hours) * A supportive, collaborative work environment * Opportunities for professional development * Potential for role growth as the practice expands How to Apply: Please send your resume and references to View email address on click.appcast.io.
