Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of employment (or ability to obtain) – New grads welcome!

• Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain).

• Current TB test/results.

• Additional requirements may vary based on current needs

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN.

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies.

• Monitor and document residents' conditions, reporting any changes promptly.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.

• Educate residents and families on health conditions, medications, and ongoing care needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
