- Quote full packages, parts, and delivery/installation options
- Recommend complete solutions (like washer + dryer sets or kitchen suites)
- Communicate clearly and confidently
- Support store growth through excellent service and community connection
- Are naturally persuasive and friendly
- Can learn product info quickly and explain it clearly
- Thrive in a customer-facing sales environment
- Enjoy turning browsers into buyers
