Associate Optometrist Dallas Fort Worth Full Time and Part Time

Job Description Job Description We are hiring two optometrists with an established, OD-owned group practice located next to Visionworks in central Dallas Fort Worth. One position is full-time and one is part-time (3–4 days per week). Both experienced doctors and new graduates are encouraged to apply. Join a high-growth, doctor-led group with strong patient volume, modern equipment, and excellent clinical support. These full-scope roles include a mix of primary eye care and ocular disease management. Clinics are equipped with retinal imaging, OCT, and visual fields. We use CrystalPM EHR, and patient flow averages 2–4 patients per hour. Walk-ins are common, and schedules are consistent with steady demand. Clinics are efficient and well-supported, with minimal administrative burden. You will be supported by experienced, positive clinical teams in a setting that values clinical autonomy and quality care.
