St. Rose Dominican Neighborhood Hospitals - Rose de Lima Campus - Henderson, Nevada

• St. Rose Dominican - Rose de Lima Campus is the flagship hospital of the Henderson, Nevada community.
• 110-bed facility with a 20-bed Emergency Department.
• Annual volume of 25,000 with adult and peds patient mix.

St. Rose Dominican Hospitals, San Martin Campus - Las Vegas, Nevada

• The San Martin Campus is a general medical and surgical hospital opened in 2006.
• STEMI Receiving Center and Stroke Center.
• 147-bed facility with a 32-bed Emergency Department.
• Adult and pediatric patient mix.
• Annual volume of approximately 27,000 with an 18% adult admit rate.

St. Rose Dominican Hospitals, Siena Campus - Henderson, Nevada

• Opened in 2000, the Siena Campus is now the second acute care hospital in the Henderson area.
• Level III Trauma Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and Stroke Center.
• 320-bed facility with a 44-bed main ED and 4 Fast Track beds.
• Annual volume of 70,000 with an adult patient mix; separate ED for PEDS.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 - $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
