What You’ll Be Brewing Up (Key Responsibilities) As a Barista at GRAMI CAFFE, you’ll play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our customers. Your daily tasks will include:
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages.
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service to every guest.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the café area.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of barista experience or similar experience in a coffee shop or café setting.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and teammates.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
