• Target Start Date: Within the next 4 to 6 weeks

• Clinical Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible schedule
• Call Schedule: Shared call rotation
• Call Ratio: 1:4

• Patient Volume: Flexible clinic schedule
• Patient Demographics: Adults (primarily)
• Admissions: Included as needed for inpatient coverage
• Rounding: Included
• Phone Consults: As required

• Health System: Powers Health Medical Group (PHMG)
• EMR System: Epic (Inpatient & Outpatient) with AI functionality
• Practice Setting: Established employed physician group
• Reason for Recruitment: Practice growth and expansion

• Established practice located 30 to 45 minutes from downtown Chicago.

• Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Licensure: Eligible for Indiana medical licensure
• Schedule: Full Time
• EMR Experience: Epic experience preferred

• Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient urologic care.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage urologic conditions.
• Perform procedures within the scope of urology practice.
• Participate in a 1:4 call rotation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide high quality patient care.
