Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders. Active SLP-CCC credential. Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred. Licensed to practice as an SLP in California (or eligible). Comfortable working independently; SLPAs will not be supported for this role. Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students. Create and execute specialized therapy plans for a caseload of up to 55 students. Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress. Monitor student outcomes and update individualized education program (IEP) documentation regularly.
