What You Will Be Doing (Daily Responsibilities)

• Execute Electro-Mechanical Repairs: Perform comprehensive mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, component overhauls, and emergency breakdown repairs across automated production machinery.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC Motor Drives: Diagnose, calibrate, and resolve operational faults within complex AC and DC variable-speed motor drive systems and industrial power controls.
• Trace PLC Logic & Electrical Faults: Interface with industrial PLCs to trace electrical logic, isolate system input/output errors, and rapidly clear line stoppages.
• Analyze Technical Schematics: Read and apply complex multi-page electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and ladder diagrams to execute safe, precise equipment overhauls.
• Lead Shift Hand-Offs & PMs: Maintain clear communication during shift hand-offs to preserve operational continuity and drive structured preventative maintenance routines.
• Participate in Regional Upskilling: Travel occasionally (roughly two days every other month) to participate in advanced technical training seminars or collaborate on regional operational goals.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements & Qualifications)

• Electro-Mechanical Technical Depth: Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology / Automated Systems OR 4+ years of equivalent hands-on industrial machinery breakdown experience.
• Drive & PLC Literacy: Practical, hands-on field depth identifying/repairing faults in AC/DC drives and interacting with industrial PLC environments.
