Senior Commercial Millwork Project Manager

They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team and lead large-scale commercial projects from award through closeout. Position Summary The Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple commercial construction projects while serving as the primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, architects, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex commercial projects and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. While architectural millwork experience is highly preferred, candidates with strong commercial construction project management experience will also be considered. Responsibilities Manage multiple commercial construction projects ranging from $2M to $15M. Oversee 3 to 4 active projects simultaneously from kickoff through closeout. Build and maintain relationships with owners, architects, general contractors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Manage project schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project documentation. Coordinate with engineering, estimating, production, and field teams to ensure successful project execution. Conduct job site visits as needed to monitor project progress and resolve issues. Proactively identify project risks while driving schedule, quality, and financial performance. Lead project meetings and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications 7+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction. Experience managing projects valued between $2M and $15M. Architectural millwork experience is highly preferred. Candidates from commercial interiors, drywall, specialty trades, tenant improvements, or general contracting backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes and project lifecycle management. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
