Why Join Us The Best of Both Worlds : Enjoy the tight-knit culture of a small plant with the financial backing of a $2B giant High Growth & Stability : Over 25 years of loyal customer relationships combined with booming new business True Autonomy : This is a "hands-on" role where you have the authority to make decisions, drive continuous improvement, and truly own the department What You’ll Do: As the designated Management Representative, you will direct the QA program and ensure top-tier production standard Lead Complianc e: Own the implementation, maintenance, and accreditation for IATF-16949 and ISO-900 Drive Core Tool s: Manage APQP, Control Plans, MSA (Gage R&R), and SPC (Minitab/Plex Oversee Inspection s: Guide dimensional, metallurgical, destructive, and performance testing, including CMM function Manage Supply Base & Customer s: Monitor supplier performance (CQI assessments), manage customer scorecards, and navigate customer portal Own Corrective Action s: Facilitate root cause analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone, A3) for customer and internal rejection Budget & Strateg y: Direct long-range planning, department budgeting, and safety practices. What You Bring: Automotive Expertise : Strong background in IATF-16949 and ISO-9001 auditing (automotive process approach). Technical Mastery: Proficiency with AIAG Core Tools, GD&T, and blueprint reading. Software Skills: Experience with Plex ERP software (documentation, SPC, deviations) and Microsoft Office.
