This role includes preventative maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing general building repairs, and supporting overall facility upkeep. Responsibilities:Perform routine and preventative maintenance on facility equipment and building systemsTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical equipment and machineryComplete machine changeovers and perform general machine maintenance, including oil changesPerform minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and building repairsPaint, stain, and maintain interior and exterior facility surfaces as neededMaintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records in an organized mannerAssist with snow removal and apply salt to sidewalks and parking areas during inclement weatherFollow all safety procedures while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment Qualifications and Requirements:High school diploma or GED requiredPrevious facilities maintenance or industrial maintenance experience preferredBasic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical repairStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionDependable with excellent attendance and attention to detailAbility tolift upto 25 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching throughout the shiftAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in English YourNew Organization A well-established third-party logistics and warehousing provider that supports distribution and supply chain operations for nationally recognized brands.
