Electrician

Responsible for the electrical start-ups of new,usedor modified equipment and generate new ormodifyexisting operating instructions as it pertains to electrical items. Aid andassistin the layout design of construction and troubleshooting of electrical components. Perform calibrations on electrical components when needed. Responsible for the programming and installation of PLCs and the drawing of ladder logic diagrams to match such. Keep work areas clean on a daily basis.(allwire, conduit,raceways, etc.)All should be stored in a clean, safe manner. Responsible forcompany issuedtools. Prior electrical experience is required. Preferred Qualifications Journeyman electrician license is preferred. Strong computer and basic math skills. Working Conditions and Physical Demands Frequently exposed to high noise levels, strong odors, varying temperatures, electrical hazards, and potentially dangerous equipment. Requires regular travel to off-site locations. Frequently requires walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, climbing, and balancing, with occasional sitting and equipment/computer use. Must be able to communicate effectively and identify potential workplace hazards. Requires the ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
