Job DetailsEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Answer inbound calls relating to our Referral lineKnowledge of current patient database and billing systemSolid understanding of the products and services offered by the company to assist callersAssist with collecting data for referral sourcesDirect referral sources to the appropriate sales contactMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree a plusHands on experience with CRMS software and MS OfficeExcellent organizational skills and multi taskingStrong phone contact handling skills and active listening skillsPreferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer serviceSkilled in time management when working independently or as part of a team while ensuring deadlines are metStrong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills to effectively problem solve and present solutionsUnderstands and adheres to confidentiality requirements in relation to patient informationYou will be expected to work during normal business hours, which are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Please note this job description is not designed to cover and/or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
