Dental Hygienist Dental Care at Country Club 4201 Dundee Rd, Winter Haven, FL 33884 Dental Care at Country Club is a brand new dental practice coming soon to Winter Haven, FL! We are looking for friendly, collaborative Dental Hygienists to build our new hygiene team! Our goal is to create a patient-focused, energized, and committed team focused on delivering quality care to our community. Opening day is set in early December 2026 - we are hiring actively to train together beginning in November at a nearby location to prepare for opening day! The new office will be located at 4201 Dundee Road in Winter Haven, FL. Training will take place prior to opening day at a neary Heartland Dental location. Why Heartland Dental? Minimum Qualifications * Current dental hygienist license in Florida and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required) * Local Anesthesia Certification is a requirement * Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation * CPR Certification Preferred Experience * Open to new graduates or experienced hygienists! * Experience using Dentrix, Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems * Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health * Clinical needs as required by office Physical Requirements * Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment.
