Care Attendant

Position Summary Park View Assisted Living, a Cassia community, is hiring dependable, compassionate Care Attendants for a permanent, year‑round role. This is a full‑time or part‑time position located at 613 Montrose Blvd, Buffalo, MN 55313. No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided. Position Type & Shifts Full‑Time or Part‑Time. Days: 6:30 AM–2:30 PM (Part‑Time). Evenings: 2:30 PM–10:30 PM (Part‑Time & Full‑Time). Alternate weekends are available. Wage $18.17 – $22.28 per hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities. Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan. Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed; report changes or concerns to the RN. Document services performed on computerized charting system. Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition, such as changes in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor. Assist the resident with personal care, including shampooing of hair, showering/bathing, and medication administration. Complete light housekeeping duties. Perform additional tasks as needed. Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent. Must be 18+ years of age. Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff. Good interpersonal skills.
