Desired Qualifications:

• Active licensure or eligibility as an SLP-CCC, SLP-CF, or SLPA in California
• Previous experience in school-based settings is preferred, but highly motivated new graduates (CFYs) are also welcome
• Familiarity with IEPs, assessments, and intervention planning for K-12 students
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to provide services to a diverse student population with a variety of communication needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and deliver therapy for students with identified speech, language, and communication challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students' educational goals
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain compliant documentation
• Provide direct and consultative services in both individual and small group settings
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student progress monitoring
