Your Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities would include:

• Lead epi reactor hardware and design upgrade projects
• Work with tool vendors and supply vendors
• This position requires experience performing epi reactor maintenance.
• Individual must have experience and be able to lead epi reactor exhaust maintenance, lead high-pressure cylinder changes, and lead epi reactor parts cleaning and parts assembly
• Individuals will have be expected to continuously improve tools and processes

Your Skills and Experience

Position requires 5 years of experience performing epi reactor maintenance. Individuals will have epi reactor hardware design projects and be expected to continuously improve tools and processes. Individuals must be able to troubleshoot epi reactor issues beyond the instructions in specifications/OCAPS. Communicating events and responses within a relatively small and tightly coordinated group. Individual will be responsible for maintaining and updating spec documents. All duties are conducted inside a clean room with appropriate gowning.
