Job Description:

• At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test design
• At least 4 years of experience in test execution analysis & reporting
• At least 4 years of experience in performance testing & engineering activities
• Expertise in developing workload patterns, estimations, develop performance strategy and implement them
• Strong expertise in load test tools - HP Performance Center, JMeter, CA Wily Introscope. APM tools like Dynatrace, App Dynamics, Splunk experience is preferred
• Knowledge of performance troubleshooting (heap dump & thread dump analysis) is preferred
• Ability to lead performance optimization efforts with a strong command of complex performance issues and the ability to direct component owners (network, database, appdev, server OS/WAS, storage, etc.) is a plus
• Experience in middleware, web services, MQ performance testing
• Nice to have mobile performance testing experience
• Should have strong coordination, communication & reporting, analytical skills
• Should have strong leadership skills
• Should have experience in Agile and DevOps methodology, microservices, Angular JS, etc.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environment
• Communication and analytical skills
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment

Qualifications

Basic qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience within the information technologies.
