Case Manager for Mental Health Winston‑Salem State University (WSSU) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Case Manager for Mental Health to join our student support team. The role focuses on students’ holistic growth and development by providing comprehensive support, education, and empowerment. Key Responsibilities Holistic Support: Cultivate students’ growth and development by providing wrap‑around support and resources. Crisis Navigation: Assist students in navigating complex life events, mental health crises, and other challenges impacting their success. Student Empowerment: Utilize a student‑centered and individualized approach to empower students toward academic and personal success. Collaboration: Work closely with campus and community partners to support students holistically, enhancing their overall university experience. Community Engagement: Foster solid connections by serving as a driving force for students, families, and community members. Co‑Curricular Opportunities: Develop and implement co‑curricular opportunities that contribute to students’ growth and development.
