CarpenterThis role requires experience in steel framing for residential and/or commercial construction, with a focus on working in a fast-paced environment. The carpenter will be responsible for reading blueprints and plans, measuring layouts, cutting steel studs and tracks, installing metal studs, and preparing drywall backing and framing.ResponsibilitiesPerform steel framing for walls, floors, roofs, and structural elements according to project plans and specifications.Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction documents.Ensure work meets company quality standards, building codes, and safety requirements.Collaborate with supervisors and team members to maintain an efficient and safe job site.Accurately measure, cut, and assemble framing materials.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Essential SkillsCarpentry, framing, and drywall experience.2+ years of framing carpentry experience preferred.Strong understanding of framing techniques, construction math, and building codes.Ability to work safely at heights and with power tools.Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.Additional Skills & QualificationsWilling and able to travel for warranty work with expenses covered.Reliable transportation to and from job sites.Must have personal basic tools such as hand tools, caulking gun, grinder, hammer, measuring tape, and power tool bits.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.Why Work Here?Join a team that values craftsmanship, safety, and quality in construction.
