Physical Therapist – Towson, MD FOX Rehabilitation is growing in Towson, MD, and we’re looking for licensed Physical Therapists to deliver one‑on‑one care to older adults in private residences and senior living communities. This role offers autonomy, flexibility, and the freedom to create and manage your own treatment schedule. The model includes in‑home visits, Senior Living Communities, and optional telehealth. You will assess, plan, and deliver evidence‑based treatment, document in FOX’s EMR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and caregivers. Responsibilities Provide one‑on‑one physical therapy to older adults in private residences, senior living communities, independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence‑based treatment. Deliver therapy sessions that support patient wellness, longevity, mobility, and functional independence. Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system in accordance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists. Educate patients, caregivers, and senior living staff to promote safety, function, and aging in place. Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access and flexibility. Exerting medium physical effort, including lifting 25–50 lbs occasionally, 10–25 lbs frequently, and up to 10 lbs constantly Performing CPR Providing moderate to maximum assistance with patient transfers and bed mobility Repositioning patients, standing/walking for extended periods, climbing stairs, and performing therapeutic activities Driving to patient homes and senior living communities as part of the Geriatric House Calls model Wearing PPE when required FOX Rehabilitation is an equal‑opportunity employer.
