First Priority is looking to hire full- or part-time CNAs, PCAs and Caregivers to provide non-medical home care services to clients receiving in-home care. This position offers some great benefits and opportunities, including:Competitive hourly pay Rewarding career pathFlexible scheduling If this sounds like the right full- or part-time caregiving opportunity for you, apply today!Key Responsibilities: Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:Bathing, grooming and personal hygieneDressing and toileting assistanceMobility support and transfers Companionship and emotional supportMeal preparation and feeding (if needed)Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying up client's space, linens, etc.) Observe and report changes in client condition or behavior to supervisorFollow individualized care plans and company policies Requirements: Eligible to work in the United States (we cannot provide sponsorship)Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and other required screenings Reliable transportationFamiliarity with memory care practices and behavioral support strategies Previous caregiving, PCA, or home care experience preferred WORK SCHEDULE FOR A CNA / PCA / CAREGIVERThese caregiving positions can be full- or part-time. Shifts include days, nights, and weekends.
