In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC systems while ensuring customer satisfaction. Required:

• EPA certified is preferred (If not, don't worry we will get you certified!)
• An upbeat attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills with customers and coworkers
• Must possess a valid drivers license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major traffic incidents
• Able to pass a drug and background check
• Residential experience preferred.

Job Type:

• Full-time

Salary:

• $50k-$60K+. Depends on skills, qualifications, and being a cultural fit

Additional Compensation:

• Performance Commission
• Bonuses

• Weekly - EVERY FRIDAY!
