Speech Therapist

We are hiring Speech Therapists for Home/Community-based Early Intervention (Birth - 5 years of age) Requirements Provide evaluations Develop and implement therapy goals Collaborate as a team member with additional colleagues and families to provide well-rounded care Provide written documentation of client services, including but not limited to, writing session notes and uploading them to the database timely Collaborate on the development and implementation of IFSP (Individual Family Service Plan) Provide 1:1 dynamic intervention in the natural environment Create interventions that focus on coaching and equipping the family/caregiver to reflect on his or her actions as a means to improve their child’s functioning Qualifications Hold an accepted degree in Speech Therapy Have a TN State License in Speech Therapy Have a valid U.S. driver’s license Pass background check clearance Possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Have the ability to walk, bend, sit, and stand during the work shift Provide own transportation, computer, and cell phone Experience with pediatric populations About Rehab at Your Place Rehab at Your Place is an early intervention agency, providing families in Shelby County, TN with developmental, speech, occupational, and physical therapy services.
