Interventional Radiology Technologist - Make $3000-$3300/Week

A leading hospital is looking for an Interventional Radiology Technologist to perform interventional radiology (IR) procedures on ambulatory and hospital patients under the general supervision of a Radiologist. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, works well with physicians and patients, and can handle a fast-paced procedural setting with little oversight. Responsibilities: Instructs and communicates with patients and their family regarding the test to be performed Prepares patient and area for procedure by positioning patient and adjusting equipment controls Uses proper sterile techniques when setting up and performing invasive multimodality procedures Adheres to safety requirements and drug and radiation policies Obtains, verifies and maintains all relevant documentation Maintains medical imaging records in the appropriate system according to department policies Maintains equipment and work area to meet quality and cleanliness standards Requirements: BLS ARRT (R) (required) TX-MRT (required) 1 year of IR experience Neuro and Trauma experience Able to take call and respond in less than 30 minutes #J-18808-Ljbffr Saltu Healthcare
