? Job Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate Haas CNC lathes (ST-30/ST-25) and vertical mills (VF-4)
• Write, edit, and troubleshoot G-code programs for various machining operations
• Perform tooling setups, machine offsets, and load programs
• Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring tools
• Monitor and optimize machine performance for quality and efficiency
• Maintain accurate production records and setup documentation
• Perform daily maintenance and cleaning to keep machines in top shape
• Collaborate with engineers, quality inspectors, and fellow machinists to resolve issues and improve output
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and company policies (zero-tolerance drug screening environment)

? Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience operating Haas CNC machines (lathes and/or mills)
• Strong knowledge of G-code programming and CNC controls
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T
• Experience with multi-axis machining and complex part geometries
• Familiarity with precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
• Basic CAM software experience (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360) is a plus
• High school diploma or GED required; CNC certification or technical training preferred

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
