Supervise, organize and train staff required for daily operations while also supervising and assisting with meal preparations. Overseethe ordering of groceries, cleaning supplies, and paper supplies according to operational needs. Perform daily computer tasks related to Point-of-Sale operations. Responsible for unit operational costs and sales and checking in/receiving USDA orders and distributingpaper orders.Maintain effective communication with students, faculty, administrators, and parents. Position Information: $2,000 retention bonus Full-Time, with benefits Range FS1, Starting Salary - $19.59 8 hours/day; 184 days/year Modified work schedule as needed to accommodate school needs (snow days, early dismissal, etc.) Qualifications: Two to three years' experience in a food service, restaurant industry or grocery industry supervisory or management capacity required High school diploma or equivalent necessary Must have basic knowledge of financial operations in food service such as labor costs and food costs Knowledgeable in the food service industry with an understanding of nutrition, sanitation, and food safety is a plus Must have basic understanding and ability to read a profit & loss statement Must have ServSafe Certification Knowledge of local and state health laws and regulations Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds Required Documents: Current PA Criminal Historybackground check Current Federal Criminal (FBI)background check #J-18808-Ljbffr
